In order to further strengthen the employment competitiveness of students in our college and help students understand the development status of enterprises and the current market talent demand, on the afternoon of October 11, relying on the "Beidou Pilot" instructor studio of the School of Electronic and Information Engineering, a face-to-face enterprise HR activity was carried out in S427-429, Building 4 of the discipline building. Ye Yudi, the deputy secretary of the Party Committee and vice president of the college, Qi Xuefeng, the head of the league work, and 130 student representatives attended the activity. The lecturer was Jiang Jiahui, the education plan manager of Puyuan Electronic Technology Co., LTD.
At the beginning of the activity, Jiang Jiahui introduced to the students the development history of the global oscilloscope, the industrial chain of electronic measuring instruments and the competition pattern of electronic measuring instruments in the world and China. He concluded that domestic substitution is not a fantasy but a general trend, and encouraged students to adhere to independent innovation. In addition, Jiang Jiahui also put forward requirements to students based on the employment view, pointing out that students should improve their own quality as the original to enhance their personal competitiveness, to recognize the needs of employers, and make targeted preparations for the job.
At the end of the activity, Qi Xuefeng encouraged the students to internalize the report in their hearts and externalize in their actions, constantly overcome difficulties on the road of scientific and technological exploration, resonate with the "three career" planning and national development, complement career ideals and return to society, and take on the splendid youth of writing new engineering students.
