To further strengthen the guidance on students' re-selection of courses for learning in the new semester, from September 20 to 23, all counselors of the School of Electronic Information and Li Ying, the educational affairs secretary, organized and held a centralized question-answering and guidance meeting on course selection. Students from grades 2021, 2022, and 2023 who need to complete course selection registration attended the meeting.
Teacher Li Ying gave a detailed interpretation of the "Management Measures for Undergraduate Course Retaking of Nanjing University of Information Science & Technology" as well as the relevant regulations in the training programs and plans of each major. He systematically expounded on the scope, methods, process management, and assessment standards of retaking courses, and comprehensively answered questions that students generally care about, such as the course selection, course withdrawal, supplementary selection process, and credit requirements. At the same time, he also particularly emphasized the importance of the deadline for course selection to ensure that students can complete course selection on time.
At the meeting site, students listened carefully and asked questions actively. Teacher Li answered patiently. After the meeting, to meet the continuous course selection consultation needs of students, he and the counselors established course selection question-answering groups by grade, providing a more convenient consultation platform for students.
The successful holding of this course selection guidance meeting helps students fully understand the course selection process and regulations, clarify the course selection framework, and enhance students' academic confidence. The School of Electronic Information adheres to putting students first and focuses on improving students' academic abilities. In the future, it will continue to provide students with more comprehensive and high-quality academic guidance and support.
