Ⅰ. Reception conditions

1, support the leadership of the Communist Party of China, good political and ideological performance, good moral character, integrity and law-abiding, physical and mental health, must meet the requirements of the "General college Enrollment physical Examination Work Guidance", willing to serve the construction of the motherland;

2. Good performance in all aspects during school, excellent grades over the years, solid foundation, strong self-learning ability, practical ability and innovation ability, and strong academic research interest;

3, excellent undergraduate graduates with the recommended exemption qualification of colleges and universities can obtain the exemption qualification recommended by their Alma mater;

4, the study style is correct, no cheating, plagiarism of others' academic achievements and other illegal disciplinary records.

The following conditions must be met if a direct blogger is exempted from the test:

1, the foreign language level must meet one of the following conditions: national English band 6 or above 425, or TOEFL 80 or above, or IELTS 6 or above, or PETS-5 60 or above, or have published English articles as the first author;

2. Candidates who have published papers in core or above academic journals, won provincial or above awards in various discipline competitions or comprehensive competitions, and engaged in scientific and technological activities or outstanding performance can be given priority under the same circumstances.

Ⅱ、Accepted majors and quotas

Receiving Specialty:

In principle, the number of graduate students admitted to the school shall not exceed 50% of the school's full-time graduate student enrollment plan in 2025. No more than 20% of the college's 2025 doctoral student enrollment plan.

Ⅲ. Measures and procedures for the re-examination of students

1. The applicant shall submit the following materials:

1) One copy of my student ID card and ID card;

2) A copy of the national foreign language test score or qualification certificate;

3) A single copy of undergraduate study results, which shall be stamped with the official seal of the academic Affairs Office of the school (the original red seal);

4) A copy of "Nanjing University of Information Science and Technology Graduate Ideological and Moral Examination Form" (Attachment 1), requiring the official seal of the school (the original red seal);

5) Application Form for Re-examination of Graduate students recommended by Nanjing University of Information Science and Technology to study for Master's Degree without examination in 2025 (Annex 2) or Application Form for Recruitment of Outstanding fresh undergraduate graduates to study for Doctoral degree directly (Annex 3);

6) For those who have published academic papers, award certificates or other high-level scientific research achievements, a copy of the achievement certification materials shall be provided.

Applicants should submit two copies of "Nanjing University of Information Science and Technology recruit outstanding fresh undergraduate graduates to directly study for doctoral degree expert Recommendation" (Annex 4) (two professors of relevant disciplines or experts with equivalent titles or above are required to recommend).

The deadline for receiving materials: Our institute will review the application information in batches. Based on the principle of first application, first review and first re-examination, the first batch of materials will be submitted before September 28. After the opening of the information disclosure and management service system (hereinafter referred to as the "National Promotion and Exemption System"), the application will continue to be received, and the re-examination and proposed admission notice will be issued to qualified candidates through the "National promotion and exemption System", and the receiving deadline will be determined according to the closure time of the promotion and exemption system.

2. The College will set up a working group for the admission of exam-free graduate students to review the qualifications of applicants.

3. Online interview is the way to avoid the second interview.

1) The interview shall be composed of no less than 5 teachers with the title of associate professor or above or with a doctor's degree, who shall be responsible for the interview proposition and the assessment of the applicant;

2) The interview mainly examines the applicant's basic professional knowledge and the ability to use the knowledge to solve practical problems, and pays attention to the assessment of his innovation spirit, innovation ability and foreign language level, with a full score of 100. Interview scores are calculated by removing one of the highest and one of the lowest scores and averaging the results to three decimal places;

3) The specific time and method of the second interview will be notified separately. Applicants should bring valid documents (student ID card or ID card) and register at the prescribed time. Those who fail to register at the prescribed time will be deemed to have waived the qualification of the re-examination automatically.

4. Confirm the list of exempted graduate students.

The school will rank according to the scores of the re-examination, determine the list of exempted graduate students to be accepted, and uniformly report it to the graduate School for review.

5. It starts on September 28, through our second interview push avoidance must log in the national push from system (https://yz.chsi.com.cn/tm/) in accordance with the relevant professional provided through the second interview volunteer, confirmed that applicants first priority is full. The national promotion system can only confirm the pending admission notice of one admissions unit, and it cannot be changed at will once confirmed. Our university will issue the notice of re-examination and the notice of proposed admission in the national admission system. The students who pass the re-examination and are proposed to be admitted shall click "Agree to admit" to lock the admission status within the specified time after receiving the notice of "Pending admission" sent by our university on the Research Recruitment network, otherwise the qualification of proposed admission will be cancelled.

Ⅳ. The right to interpret these Measures shall be vested in the College of Electronic and Information Engineering.
